BASEBALL & SOFTBALL TURF IN-FIELDS FOR: HERITAGE POINT REGIONAL PARK
CITY OF DALTON GEORGIA

THE CITY OF DALTON seeks competitive Proposals from contractors for the construction of: “Baseball & Softball Turf In-fields for: Heritage Point Regional Park”, located at 1275 Cross Plains Trail Dalton GA 30721 (the “Project”). In general, the project includes the installation of ten combination baseball / softball artificial turf in-fields at Heritage Point Regional Park, including all soil removal, base, drainage, concrete curbs, nailers, artificial turf, infill, base sets, inserts, striping and all other materials & labor required for a complete installation. The requirements for construction of the Project, and the duties and responsibilities of the contractor whose Proposal is accepted (“Successful Contractor”), are set forth in the Contract. Any Contractor who intends to submit a Proposal is required to attend a Pre-Proposal Meeting, which will be held on the 30th day of April 2024, at 10:00 A.M. at the office of the Architect, 855 Abutment Road Suite 4 Dalton, GA 30721. Any contractor arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be permitted to attend. Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Dalton Finance Department located at 300 W. Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia 30720 until: 2:00 p.m. on the 10th day of May 2024.
