The Dalton Parks and Recreation Department is currently seeking Request For Proposals (RFP’s) for it July 4th, 2012 celebration.  The RFP’s must include, but not be limited to the following:
•    Proposals not to exceed $14,000
•    Copy of license and permit along with $1,000,000 liability insurance policy
•    Show to begin 9:30pm on Wednesday July 4th, 2012 at Heritage Point Park, 1275 Cross Plains Trail, Dalton, GA, 30721.
•    Display lasting for a minimum of 30 minutes and must be aerial
•    Minimum shell size 3in to 10in or larger.  2in and smaller shells considered filler.
                                                                     
Request for Proposals must be sent to the Dalton Parks and Recreation Department at PO Box 661 Dalton, GA 30722.  All proposals must be received by February 24th, 2012 at 10am.  Proposals will be reviewed and awarded within a week.
