- In the Event a licensee or responsible Person, Other than the Owner, Severs Such Person’s Association with a Licensed Establishment.
- The Establishment May Continue to sell Alcohol Beverages for a period of Sixty (60) Days from the date of Such Severance:
- Provided a New Application Is Filed with the City Clerk’s Office Within Ten (10) Days of Such Severance Which Will Indicate a New Licensee or Responsible Person. This Is Not a Change in Ownership Form.
- Complete the Form in its Entirety and Submit it to the City Clerk’s Office Located at 300 West Waugh Street, Dalton, Georgia.
- Pick up a Complete Alcohol Beverage Application Packet and Follow the Instructions Accordingly. The Application Should Be Submitted Within Ten (10) Days of Severance
