Mission Statement

Our mission is the protection of the lives and property of our citizens from the ravages of fire and other disasters.

We accomplish our mission by providing fire safety education, fire suppression, rescue and special tactical response in the City of Dalton.

We promote fire-safe lifestyles through active involvement with our citizens, government, and industry in all phases of fire prevention fire safety education, and code enforcement.

We shall enhance the quality of life of this and future generations by our continued endeavors, leadership, and dedication to the belief in the worth of all mankind.
